Helene Berard

Helene is an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with additional expertise in Employment Law. Helene is the founder and managing director of Berard & Lovell solicitors and as such, the Compliance Officer for Legal Practise (COLP) and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) of the firm. She holds a dual qualification as an 'avocat' in France and a solicitor in England & Wales.
